From the Microsoft, Corporation menu, select Microsoft Office for Mac 2011. Here, you will begin the download and activation process. This selection will take you to the OnTheHub website Powered by Kivuto. Here, enter your VCU eID and password and select Log me in ››. Then select VCU Windows and Office download for personal use. Go to Top Downloads and select Microsoft from the list. To download Microsoft Office to your Mac, you will first need to visit the VCU Technology Services homepage at ts.vcu.edu.įind and click on Software Center in the navigation bar. After 30 days has expired, you must purchase your access to the product by buying the Access Guarantee for $11.95. You only have 30 days after purchase to access your key from the site. Each version is only available for purchase one time. Remember, too that you can only install Office on up to two different computers. Write this down OR email it to yourself for safekeeping as it will only be accessible on the site for 30 days and will not be emailed to you automatically.
Note: your product key is displayed in red after you checkout. Faculty and staff must pay a one-time download fee of $14.99 however, faculty and staff licenses expire after they depart from the University. The download is FREE for students! Even after you graduate from VCU, the license key will remain valid.
